Return Policy

We use both professional packing materials and methods to assure that your lava lamps will arrive
safely. Our Customer Service is ranked as one of the best. If your lamp has a defect, it can be
replaced. Please Contact Us within 48 hours for a solution. If you would like a refund we must have
the original item back within 14 days. All original packaging must be included along with all of the
parts. For an exchange, we must have the original item back within 14 days. Once we receive the
item, including the original packaging and parts we will send out a replacement. During shipping lava
lamps may be exposed to temperature changes and vibrations that may cause a cloudy effect. The
dye separates from the wax and enters the liquid. We cannot control the shipping conditions that may
lead to this. To help clear it up turn on your lamp to let the wax heat just enough to soften and then
turn it off. Let the lamp cool down completely before repeating the process. Running the lamp in
these short bursts will help clear it up. If this process is not working please let us know and we can
arrange for a replacement. All Lava Products come with a 90 day warranty from the point of sale.
The warranty covers the entire lamp except for the light bulb. Cloudy lava lamps and any issues with
the base are also covered. All returns for non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
